Give us the street address, a rough size for the area that needs seed or cover, and what is there today: bare builder dirt, a torn-up yard, a thin Bermuda lawn or a slope that keeps washing out. Let us know whether you have a sprinkler system or a hose bib close by, whether there is shade from large trees, and whether the site is part of a permitted construction project.
